Among the other wall and ceiling decorations, floral reproductions and monochrome human figures can also be identified, but given the poor condition of the painted decorations, it is impossible to identify a specific artist or date of creation, likely mid-19th century or early 20th century.

The family's living quarters feature carefully crafted and valuable elements, such as the cocciopesto flooring. On the first floor, there are two rooms connected both internally and externally by a small loggia; a large terrace covers the entire building, with the exception of a few areas.

The consolidation, renovation, and conservative restoration project (already approved, along with the construction of a 15x4-meter swimming pool) involves the renovation of the entire property for use as a hospitality facility, with six double bedrooms and bathrooms, reception rooms, a main kitchen, and a furnished outdoor area with a swimming pool.
